No sensitive personal data - including financial information, government identification numbers, or health information - is collected through any channel operated by PSD Energy & Water Pure System.

Personal information collected from clients and website visitors is used exclusively for the following legitimate business purposes. No information is used for any purpose that has not been disclosed in this policy.

• Responding to enquiries submitted through the website contact form, WhatsApp, or telephone.
• Scheduling and conducting free site assessments at the client's requested location.
• Preparing and delivering itemised project quotations for solar, water purification, or water treatment systems.

• Providing post-installation support, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services, and scheduled maintenance visits.

Personal information is never used for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial communications, marketing campaigns unrelated to a prior enquiry, or any other purpose not directly connected to the delivery of PSD Energy & Water Pure System's services.
